"The room was great. My only issue was there were no washcloths. The lady in housekeeping stated she had inform her supervisor, and was told there were not any. I had to literally buy washcloths. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"The facility was Awe-striking. All the amenities the luxury, was insane. By far the nicest hotel I've stayed in, in a while. Our room had a few hiccups from whomever cleaned it inbetween reservations but thats nothing that couldnt be solved and fixed in 10mins. The staff at the desk was so friendly and paitent. They made me feel incredilbly welcome it was phenominal how young and sweet and fun they all were. Food was delicious, drinks were divine. I freaking LOVED it. "

"Excellent view of fountain show from room! Very comfortable bed. Only one thing needs to be improved is door is not soundproof. Can hear very clearly person passing and chatting "

"We got there early and the room was not ready yet, so a lobby staff named Heidy told us to take our room later when we received text message at 4pm. But we didn’t received any text message, so we went to lobby again and then another staff said sorry for the failed check in. The room was good with great view, but the toilet was very bad, I think it is the worst one I’ve ever used in a five star hotel."
