"This property was sparkling new and conveniently located near the finish line of the Bear 100 race. Less than 4 minute drive to Bear Lake, Golf and the token restaurant . Garden City a bit more happening but this location was great for us. The owner responded quickly and was more than helpful. My only complaint was lack of wi-fi but no where in the area had wi-fi 😂😂. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view and lake. It’s serene and the perfect get away apartment. "

"It was apparent the cabin had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were stains on the comforters, crumbs in the bed, pill bottles found in the night stands. The biggest thing was that there wasn't Sufficient salt, paper towels, no dish towels, and shampoo/ conditioner for a couple of people. When large groups are coming to stay, this should be provided. Also, the fire pit is inside a bunch of weeds that have not been maintained and the 2nd bathroom is located inside one of the rooms so this was inconvenient for 10+ people to make work. Cabin definately med a good clean. We left our much cleaner than it was and made sure we stripped the beds. enough salt, nightstandan bott"

"I booked this expecting a “luxury” home experience, but our stay fell short of expectations. While the home is beautiful and large, the house was not adequately cleaned upon arrival. The hot tub was non-functional throughout our stay, and several amenities were missing (no basic soap in the showers). I suppose I just expected as a “luxury” listing there would be a higher level of cleanliness & attention. While the host did reply within 24 hours there was never an effort to remedy the condition. As we were there on vacation the last thing we wanted to do was hang around and wait to meet a property manager. The listing makes you feel lake access is close at hand. Actually you need to drive several miles to find lake access. The BBQ grill was disgustingly filthy and needed a thorough cleaning before use. We spent 20-30 minutes cleaning it before we felt comfortable cooking our meal on it. When I mentioned it to the host, she simply thanked me for our efforts to clean it. The vent hood in the kitchen was loaded with grease and dead mosquitos - I am sure it hasn’t been cleaned recently. The pool queues (necessary for playing) were broken. Young grandkids still played even though the cues have no “tips” on them. Despite contacting the host about these issues, no solutions or remedies were offered. I would not recommend this listing if you’re seeking luxury for your stay. It will accommodate a large family. Expect mediocre cleanliness & attention & a 15 minute lake drive."

"This property was the perfect home for our little getaway with some friends and our kids. The view was amazing! The home was fully stocked with anything we could need and it was super clean! Definitely going to come back again next year!"
