"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. "It is very close to the basilica. It has it’s own restaurant. Breakfast which we have to pay is not that impressive. I made a suggestion to the receptionist Vanessa about the Tv in our room that is dangerously located on the wall ( too low). I am only 5’3” and i bumped my head 2x during the night."

"If you are going to explore Toulouse, this is the perfect hotel. It is extremely reasonably priced and very comfortable. It is quiet and safe and has excellent breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of all, it is perfectly located to walk to the major sites in Toulouse. I will be back!"

"Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day. Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away. Would happily stay here again."

Perfect every time

"I have now stayed at this hotel 8 times. Can’t beat it. Can’t say I love the industrial feel to some decor but that’s not important. Speedy efficient check in after short walk from airport. Room is spacious, bed very comfortable, large shower is excellent. The advantage of the small kitchen facilities in the room are a great benefit. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Toulouse airport. It’s always a perfect hotel experience. "
