Le + la veillée le soir au coin d'une cheminée fonctionnelle. En revanche, les accros branchés (smarphone - tablette ) s'abstenir. La connexion est médiocre. Sinon le reste est parfait. "

The interior is perfect for adults and children with plenty of space to relax and eat when the weather prevents you enjoying the amazing garden, pool and patio area. " Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The property was everything we wanted and more. There was 8 of us in all, ages from 8 to 73 and we all loved it. The property was incredible, plenty of room for everyone. Having a pool and an area for games and outside dining made the holiday a really happy family affair. The town of Lespignan is delightful and we were able to visit the boulangerie for croissants and bread in the mornings and also the local wine direct from the winery at very reasonable prices, you can take your own bottle....

"Lovely location - right by the river - perfect for adults, teenagers, kids and dogs. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Very pretty. House is nice but could definitely benefit from a bit of a spruce. Garden furniture all needs a good clean - tatty cushions outside. Kitchen well equipped for 14 although missing any large glasses. "Appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique ce qui est un bon point lors des repas ! Facile pour se garer, laisser sa voiture et utiliser ses pieds ou les transports en commun dont 1 est accessible à 100m et gratuitement en plus. Merci Alan ! 😉 Le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pieds mais malheureusement, n'offre pas grand chose d'intéressant. Il faut prévoir des courses vers Banyuls pour remplir le frigo convenablement.
