"The property is about 20 minutes walk from the regional airport for the adventurous ones. It’s not a tough walk but it’s not one to do if you’re not understanding what that walk means with suitcases. The staff were A1. The facilities were good. Everything was safe, secure, quiet, and most importantly convenient. "

"The views are some of the most beautiful and serene that I have ever seen! Primus, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my mother and I had an amazing stay! We truly enjoyed him taking us around the island, particularly to this amazing vegan bakery! He is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and Mom and I look forward to returning soon. "From the day before I arrived, I tried numerous times to get in contact with this property owner to ask information about checking in and access. The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. "She was lovely and was eager to help but lets you do your own thing as well. Willing to drive for a cost, which was wonderful. Kind and thoughtful. A wonderful cook. "The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! I still have to give it high marks tho! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe studio and the views were beautiful. The quality of the furniture, cookware, bedding, etc. was excellent. The accommodations are exactly as they have described. I did not have a rental vehicle and enjoyed my daily walks to the main road where i caught the minibus to Rodney Bay, Soufriere, Vieux Fort,...

"this was a disappointment , first off they left me a 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue with no extra and never brought anymore for 8 days . the place is old and tired ,the furniture is spent . the sofa had a smell ,i had to put bath towels on it to sit . the A/C in the room didnt work and it was hot . there wasnt any chest of drawers to unpack my bag . the hangers were also tired and spent . no one ever came by to see how i was doing or otherwise . even tho i sent a text of things that were missing...

"Needed to catch up with missed cruise ship. Made called and man it was great choice to sty. The could not do enough to make it a great stay. Treated us like family. A great choice for the rate."

"Had an amazing time here. A little away from the beach but there is a shuttle which is free. If you wish to go anywhere you have to use taxi Drivers are lovely and very helpful. Last night dinner not so good as another party there refilling of food very slow. Bedroom was great as was air conditioning. Lovely cleaners. Pools fab as was help yourself bar. A good was from international airport and trip can be hard if you’re in a minibus. "

Windjammer Landing Resort and Residences

"We had a wonderful time at the Windjammer. The resort is beautiful as was our villa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the waiters and waitresses to the shuttle drivers. A special shout out to Cora at the beach bar (96 degrees)! She is everything you want in a bartender. She remembered what we were drinking and what villa # we were in. Not a small feat with the amount of people she was servicing. My wife had a massage and she said it was one of the best she has ever had. I believe the masseuse’s name was Shana. If we have to find fault it would be on the activities. Not the staff but the promotion of the activities and the length of them. They had a Caribbean Night dinner that we happened to stumble upon. No one we talked to later in the evening had any idea it was being held. Glad we happened upon it because it had some really good food! Overall would recommend and would definitely go back! "

"Our butlers Sarcha and Lance were amazing and really made our trip enjoyable. They went above and beyond for us and it was truly sad to say goodbye to them after our week in paradise. They are amazing and we were so grateful for them. "

"We loved the cleanliness and welcoming spirit from the staff. They bent over backwards to make sure my wife enjoyed her bday weekend at the resort. We upgraded our room to include a plunge pool which was no hassle. We also had a private dinner in the treehouse and a couples massage where the staff was the best. We have decided to go back in 2 years with the children. "
