Vitor assisted us with baggage to and from the rental. Three minute walk uphill from the street parking, as noted in their VRBO ad. Would stay here again "

"The villa is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you could need and Maria provides things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Couldn't fault it. Only possible negative deoending on what you want is the outdoor space is next to a busy weekday road. That said you have buses to the town centre close by. Easy walk down hill to Funchal. 5 mins to local supermarket and a local bar that does lovely food, great pizza restaurant within walking distance too. We would...

"Perfect for just the two of us. Tastefully decorated and very roomy. Off the beaten tourist track which suited us down to the ground. Another couple staying with us, though, would've presented bathroom difficulties. Steep flight of stairs to bedrooms could be tricky for anyone with mobility problems. We'd definitely consider going back!"
