" Lovely hotel in a great location.Would definitely recommend it.Overlooking the marina with an ocean view . Tours pick up from hotel.Would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but not by far a deal breaker.You will not be disappointed.I write this as a single traveller."

"I had a wonderful stay at Azoris Garden. The service was excellent, the facilities were impeccable, and the overall experience was truly five-star. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that room descriptions are more specific. For couples, it’s important that the room includes a proper double bed to avoid confusion. Thank you for the great hospitality! I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again. "

"This is a very nice hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. The dining area similarly has open views of the ocean, giving a very calming atmosphere. The indoor pool is huge, with very nice tiles, one of the nicest that I have seen. The staff are very attentive and helpful. This was a very relaxed stay."

"Friendly staff, especially after a few days in the hotel. Great advice for restaurants. Very clean and excellent location. Incredible views and hikes just outside of the hotel. Dining options around holidays were limited and service was lacking. Perhaps it was due to holidays, but the special dinner was expensive and really did not match our expectations, or depart far from breakfast (which is quite nice). Excellent spa and a good value massages."

"Quaint boutique hotel within walking distance to center city…. Right near gates, bell tower and waterfront. A very short walk to Antonio Borges botanical gardens (you must eat lunch at their restaurant- THE BEST). A little longer walk to Arruda Pineapple Plantation which was our favorite plantation. To south, it takes 10 minutes to walk to waterfront/downtime. To north, walk less 10 minutes for gas station and a large shopping complex in which you may find food court, grocery store, etc. During peak season, probably convenient to walk around instead driving and trying to find a parking spot.
