"Lady in kitchen needed help with breakfast preparation...was behind getting everything out. Lady working front desk casually walking around and sipping on her drink while someone else struggled. Potatoes she "helped " prepared were horrible..filled with water. She knew it and still left them out for guests to put on their plate. Need more than one person in breakfast area."

"Only wished housekeeping came by everyday. Went three straight days without any housekeeping....and we did not have a "Do not disturb sign " up....so that is the only complaint because we did run out of necessities. "
