"Airport shuttle to a very quite night's sleep is exactly what I needed. The breakfast was stellar. Absolutely delightful stay. You hire the best of staff. Both check-in and check-out staff members were excellent. Texas style hospitality was very much appreciated. Both airport shuttle drivers took excellent care of me in all ways. I'll be back if I ever get another business trip to Lubbock."

"My stay at the a Best Western West in Lubbock was a good experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and maintained. The only knock was my room fridge had a bag of food left in it from the previous occupant. No big deal, I threw it out."

"We have stayed in this hotel several times and enjoyed our stay. It is an older Hotel, but has always been clean and comfortable. This time we booked a room in the "annex" Its in rough shape and needs some attention. The bedding was clean, but the couch was broken and the sink looked like it was coming off the wall. Defiantly needs some TLC. The staff was very pleasant on check in and the breakfast was good."
