"Friendly staff, clean room with mini fridge and microwave, comfy bed. Great variety for breakfast hot and cold choices. Walkable to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Secure parking. Would definitely use this property if in the San Antonio area again. The outdoor pool was closed due to yearly maintenance."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I have stayed here alone through my company before with no issues and this was a trip for vacation. I am 19 and was checking in with no issues. Once the manager walked by and saw how young I looked, she tried to block my stay and said I had to be 21 to be able to check in. I mentioned I have stayed here alone twice in the past year for work and she said that was different because it was business related. I finally told her to just take my money and she agreed but only if she could charge me a bigger deposit. I will not be staying here again."
