"A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. "

"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. "We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided. "The Little Riverside was exceptionally clean, and well a appointed and the kitchen included anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable as well. Access was easy and the location is quiet with very little traffic. The two different outdoor seating areas were lovely, and enjoyed every day. Mike met us on arrival, and gave us the details, and has a great sense of humour! Everyone was friendly and the hosts responded very quickly when information was needed."
