"Had some issues at checkout and was overcharged, but they fixed it pretty quick and were friendly about it. The resort fees have gotten out of control, but that’s all of them so it’s something you can’t escape. Loved the atmosphere but no more than we stay in the room, doesn’t make sense to pay this much just to sleep so probably won’t do it again. Overall, I have no complaints and think the customer service was on target! "

"Amazing!!! Huge room which is so comfortable. Bouchon bakery serves up delicious pastries and coffee. There is a Dandelion chocolate store and Starbucks in the main lobby. Staff were wonderful."
