"Globalement bien, y compris le restaurant. Je regrette que la clim ne fonctionne pas, contrairement à ce qui a été indiqué. Elle devait être mise en fonctionnement le lendemain... Evidemment. Mais, il faisait bien chaud dans les chambres. Donc, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y pas de clim. Uniquement lorsque l'hôtel le décide ! Anormal."

"Personnel accueillant ayant répondu à ma demande de plateau de courtoisie (qui figure sur les photos de présentation des chambres mais qui n'est au final pas présent). Literie excellente. Seul bémol le bruit dans les couloirs le vendredi matin (probablement des voisins très bruyants trop tôt) prévoir des boules quies. Facilité d'accès et parking à disposition. Restaurant sympa et le jeudi concert jazz à ne pas manquer. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, sortie d'autoroute et près du centre ville."

"Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"What a beautiful hotel, our room (12) was lovely, with a huge bed (bigger than a king), fresh decor, and a brand new bathroom. The view from the small roof terrace is also one worth taking in, with the old city laid out right before your eyes. The location of the Hotel du Pont Vieux is excellent, on a pretty street, lined with cafes and restaurants, that is right in between the medieval city and The Bastide St-Louis. It made everything so easily accessible. It even had a little shop selling...
