"Lots of sleeping options for the group. Small kitchen but great kitchen table as well as picnic tables outside for eating and playing games. Close to neighbors so the noise restrictions are tightly enforced. This can be a disappointment with a larger group that likes to sit outside past 11pm as voices carry over to the neighboring properties initiating some complaints.
