"This newly updated 1 bedroom house was a great home base for visiting friends in Valleyfield. It is on a quiet and safe street with easy access to the main Boul. near stores and restaurants. The bed is comfortable and basic supplies allow you to cook if you like. The TV is not hooked up to anything so we had to use our phone as a hotspot to access our Direct TV service-a bit wonky and inconvenient, but it worked. Overall a great value when visiting Valleyfield."

"All at site was excellent. Due to the intense heat in Cornwall, air conditioning was very efficient, so much so that it was very chilly during our stay. The owner was VERY RESPONSIVE to trying to meet our needs and attempted to adjust temperature to our satisfaction. We were very impressed on his responsiveness. We will certainly consider this vendor again when in the Cornwall area."

"Brad was great to deal with. Quick and helpful communications. The house was very accurately described. The kitchen was very well outfitted, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, gas grill on the deck, and lots of good quality new cookwear and dishes. Even a fully outfitted spice rack. Great location, close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Nice safe neighborhood for our daily walks. "
