"This resort was very nice specially for the kids it had lots of things to do like make s’mores down by the fire pit and play golf. The different variety of attractions and restaurants that was so close to our resort was very nice. Love the fact that they had an indoor pool so when it rain, the kids were allowed to still swim and enjoying themselves. Also, the rooms were nice and spacious and they accommodated with my handicap services that I need it for my child. Was excellent. I would recommend this resort to anyone with a family that wants to go and have a lot of fun, but don’t wanna spend a lot of money. they also had a full kitchen and Walmart is literally was two minutes away so you can make good meals for your family while still having fun.💕"

"In room 1321. Both beds and pillows were terrible after 2 days our backs are still hurting. The sliding glass doors are terrible. When wind blows the howling wind around the doors is deafening. I packed pillows around them to quieten them. The light comeing under interior door is to much. All that being said i don't mean it as a complaint. We will definitely stay again. We both love it there. There just needs to be a little maintenance done. The place looks great as i remember it 50 years ago. Not complaining the place just needs maintenance Thanks for the good food and coffee and relaxation "

"Great location, right by lots of cool places to eat and shop. Trolley stop very close by, can walk to it. Jacuzzi bathtub is awesome, as is the private balcony. Only complaints we had were minor things: shorted out light switches, missing light bulbs, tv remote didn't control the tv. However, the one single thing that would make me reconsider staying here again: the elevators. Extremely slow and seem to have a mind of their own when it comes to going up or down. Never seen an elevator behave the way this one did. Overall, great place! Some minor repairs and adjustments would make this a no-brainer for all of our visits to Gatlinburg! Also, if you stay, go to the Log Cabin Pancake House across the street!"
