« The valet parking was such a mess, contantly people parked on the left when cars trying to get through. Or not pulling a little forward on the right to allow people through. Most of the valet were good about flow but some didnt seem to care at all and this was really frustrating as someone getting transportation from the hotel. The firetrucks heading out all the time was a lot. A heads up on being prepared for that would have been nice. I know theres nothing you can do about emergency services...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« This hotel is the best kept secret in Pigeon Forge! Great breakfast buffet, eggs, grits, gravy, sausage, bacon, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, variety of fruit, bagels, toast, waffles, etc. Pool is awesome with waterfall! Hot tub is great and clean! 8 PM nightly family friendly movies with free popcorn! Great location! Friendly staff! Daily towel and bed service! Free parking and internet! This place is awesome! « Hotel rénové et bien situé a Pigeon Forge. Le petit déjeuner était bon et offrait une belle variété de produits. Le seul aspect négatif par rapport à la chambre était que le rideau électrique n'était pas bien réglé, alors le rideau s'ouvrait à peine. »

« My family and I stayed here during our vacation to Pigeon Forge. It was our first time staying at this property; the front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel had plenty of parking. We enjoyed feeding the ducks by the river. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms with a balcony, and the view at night was gorgeous. The breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of options that changed daily. My mother commented that it is the nicest hotel she has ever stayed in....
