"This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. The dryer vent was missing a necessary component. But being old that part could not be quickly replaced. Again the property manager was quick to communicate once the...

"The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

"This was our 6th time staying at this property! We love it here! We come every 5 years to vacation in Gatlinburg. This property is close to everything we love to do. We go hiking, horseback riding and shopping. We also visit the aquarium downtown and drive a short ways to Dollywood each time."

"It was a beautiful view and had great amenities. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The home needed some updates; the couch had a lot of stains and did not really feel comfortable to sit on. The drive up the mountain was very scary and there were not directions provided to the home so when we lost service it made it even more nerve racking to try and navigate the steep mountains. The drive did get a bit easier as our trip went on though so that was a plus. Overall the view was worth it...

There are some switch back curves that are a little hairy - but we hauled a trailer with a bike and managed it ok. I would have liked something with a little easier access just for that, but it did have enough parking for the bike, trailer and truck. "This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our spring break! The communication with hosts was so clear and easy. We were a little confused when we walked into the main level because it wasn't what was pictured in the listing, but then we went to the upstairs (gorgeous!) The view over the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful and the space itself was pretty clean. The window across from the bed faces the east so there are unobstructed sunrise views every morning over the water....

"The cabin was nice. The lighting could have been brighter because with all the tree coverage it was pretty dark even with the lights on. They are also in need of a new mattress as that one is old and bumpy. Otherwise it was quite nice. Conveniently located as it wasn't far from our planned activities."
