"The house was a very well maintained home, outfitted comfortably, and in a great location. The fenced in backyard was nice for our 2 dogs, who also loved the short walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood to take walks. Perfect fall vacation!"

"House was as described in listing, short walk to the beach. Great view from the decks. A couple of small improvements will go a long way with guests…. Improved outdoor lighting (not all deck lights worked on top deck, carport stair light didn’t work, light by front door not very bright). Motion sensor lights would be great. Kitchen had all necessary items. Providing basic items such a extra toilet paper, dish soap and basic spices (salt/pepper) would be appreciated "

"Our stay was overall great. There were Some cleanliness issues upon arrival.. which I understand with a large beach house. Mostly dog hair, stains on furniture (older) Crumbs and bugs on stairs. Some trash out by pool. We cleaned some and called back to office and they came back. The refrigerator door is broken and if you do not know it, your food inside will not stay cold. We were able to rig the door to close for us for the week. Also, the outdoor speakers do not work and need replaced, per...

"Very disappointed on the appearance of the house. I would never have rented the house if we saw the external condition first. All railings were chipping paint. It looked terrible. Weeds all over the pool area. House needed a lot of work. The kitchen was not disorganized and not well stocked for cooking. The house suited our needs but needed work and was very outdated. Would not stay there again."

"I loved that we didn't have to rent this property for a whole week like many beach houses. It was secluded enough to feel private, but not isolated from the sound, ocean, shops, dining, and other activities. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is because the bed and couch both were a little uncomfortable (too firm) for us. Personal preference though. That said, we would stay here again. Host is friendly and the price was right!!"
