"Very disappointed on the appearance of the house. I would never have rented the house if we saw the external condition first. All railings were chipping paint. It looked terrible. Weeds all over the pool area. House needed a lot of work. The kitchen was not disorganized and not well stocked for cooking. The house suited our needs but needed work and was very outdated. Would not stay there again."

"We very much enjoyed this house. Most important to us is that the house be clean and it was.It had everything we needed and the pool table was a plus. Lots of fun! I have only one complaint- you can’t get through a 10 minute shower without running out of hot water. A house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms obviously needs a larger hot water heater."

"The house was clean and well kept. It was fully equipped with extra fans and chargers by the beds. Plenty of seating for family gatherings and really well stocked kitchen. Tons of space for food storage. Hosts also allow use of beach chairs and beach supplies. Highly recommend this property!"

"The property, as a whole, was pretty nice. The mattresses for the trundles looked a bit worn. The mattresses on the bottom bunk beds may need to be replaced as well. The pool table was nice. The kitchen was very sufficient, even though we had to turn the oven up higher to cook. Could not turn the volume up on the TV in the pool table room. And the bar refrigerator kept leaking water in the bottom of it. All-in-all, the family enjoyed it and would stay there again."

"We stayed here for a girls trip. The host was amazing! She responded fast and answered all my questions! The house was super cute, clean and plenty of space. Close walk to the beach or there was parking at the end by the beach. Host supplies towels, sheets, soaps, laundry supplies , and a few snacks. We are hoping to come back for another girls trip! "

"Spiders everywhere inside and out. Couldn’t even walk up to the front door without running into them. Roaches throughout the house. AC on lower level wouldn’t work. Stairs going down from the main floor were so slippery that my dog fell down a couple of times. I wouldn’t even put my dog in the outside shower it was so dirty. Half the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. When AC ran on the main floor it created a lake in the driveway. I don’t think the owner should be able to rent this property...

"We had an amazing week at this beautiful property w incredible panoramic views! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I enjoy cooking so I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen w great pots/pans and Henckels knives. Beautiful family room with plenty of seating for all and a dining table w enough chairs to have a sit down dinner for all as well. Everyone wants to come back to this house next year! Best place we have stayed in Duck."

"What a gorgeous property!! The house was unbelievable. 6 huge master bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels. The kitchen was WELL stocked, everything we needed to cook and serve a huge group. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 trash cans … so cool!
