"Excellent location on the Royal Mile. Room was big and clean. Staff was attentive and service was wonderful. My one very minor quibble is that the hotel did not have equipped a UK power plug that might be needed for foreign travelers. But this is something that travelers like myself should have been prepared to handle. Overall a highly enjoyable stay. Thank you! "

"Lovely hotel. We were welcomed at the front desk . Told us about things and directed us to our room. The room was big and spacious it was really clean, we had a fridge a safe and a nespresso machine and a kettle . Lovely hot shower clean towels. Mine only gripe was that the following days we did not got topped up with instant coffee and nespresso refills, so i had to go to reception to get more. "

"It was a great room with fantastic staff. The property is right in the middle of everything with a very short walk to the Royal Mile as well as to the train station. We loved it there."
