« Endroit vraiment magnifique de calme et d’une ambiance intemporelle située sur le rivage de Holy Loch. Tout est parfait, propre, joli, typique, spacieux et fonctionnel. L’animation quotidienne est l’amarrage du bateau Ferry sans bruit au bout de la propriété . La météo beaucoup moins ingrate que dans les montagnes plus au nord. Bon point de départ pour des excursions avec une voiture. Situation à 10km de Dunoon. Magnifique, à recommander ! »

« Belle maison, bel endroit, bel emplacement, mais il faut faire quelques investissements pour que ce soit parfait : matelas HS, propreté relative, moisissures dans la douche. Sinon top. »

« We live in Edinburgh but had to book somewhere to stay while we were having work done at our house and Sycamore Cottage was perfect for four of us. The bedrooms are really spacious and the kitchen is really well equipped which isn’t always the case in self catering accommodation. We didn’t think we’d need to use the log burner but a typical Scottish spring meant we used it a few nights and there was plenty of logs left for it. Easy to drive into Edinburgh or can get the train from Gorebridge....

« Notre séjour a été très agréable, le lieu est propice aux balades et découvertes , le cadre est parfait pour trouver de l’apaisement et accéder aux différentes destinations souhaitées pour découvrir l’Ecosse! La vue du cottage est magnifique ! C’est une maison propre et soignée avec l’équipement nécessaire . Neill et Paula sont charmants, accueillants et toujours disponibles ! »

« Le logement est un peu atypique ce qui fait son charme. Il est propre et fonctionnel. La communication avec les propriétaires était aisée. Un abri de bus pour aller à Édimbourg est à 10 min à pied. Nous recommandons vivement. »

« Chaleureuse maison sur 2 étages dans un petit village tranquille à quelques km de la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de préparer des repas. Les communications sont rapides. »

« A une bonne heure d'Edimbourg en pleine campagne mais pas loin de la mer cette petite maison cosy est bien équipée et confortable. Excellent accueil et charmantes attentions. Voiture indispensable. Quelques jolis lieux à découvrir pas très loin comme le château de Bamburgh. »

« This is a lovely cottage in a stunning location. The photos don't do full justice to how nice this place is. Small and still perrect for our little family. Very well equipped. Gorgeous gardens, bbq, outside seating is a plus. Lovrly nature right on your doorstep. Hosts were fab. Recommended! »

« De woning is ruim en ligt rustig gelegen. Vanuit de woning loop je zo de natuur in. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De wifi ontvangst is prima om aan de behoefte van 2 pubers te voldoen. De slaapkamer en woonkamer is up-to date. De badkamer en toilet is zeer ruim en kan wel een update gebruiken. Ook de apart keuken is ruim en er is veel servies en bestek aanwezig. »

« We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. »

« The restaurant was only open on restricted hours and next to my pod I had noisy neighbours who had a hot tub which was very noisy »
