"This is our second time staying in a condo at the Royal Oaks complex. We love the location that allows you to walk into town, with all of its shops, restaurants, park, trails, etc. This condo was very well updated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen was well outfitted, although we did not cook much. One of our favorite features (outside the location) is the back deck, where we sat at the end of the day to watch the sun set. It is a third-floor walkup, but...

"Location was awesome. Could walk to everything. Condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. King bed is very squeaky to sit on or move around on. Need more blankets to cover with. Could not get the fireplace to work. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice to have instead of the regular coffee maker. Condo has baseboard heat and wall heating so can get dry feeling. Great area for pets. Locations is perfect to get to all attractions and towns. Host is awesome to communicate with."

"Condo was just what we needed for a quiet Thanksgiving away! Clean and cozy. The only small issue I had is that the oven runs very cold. It took 45 mins instead of 25 to cook cinnamon rolls and I had to raise the temp from 350 to 425."

"The Rhodie was such a comfortable and cozy spot for our weekend girls trip. It was an easy walk to Main Street and Sunset. The gas fireplace was much appreciated and the beds were comfy. There were so many thoughtful touches like coffee pods and extra blankets. Easy to get to and plenty of parking were great perks too! "
