"Overall pretty good. There was one bed, and two tiny pads that made up a bunk bed in the hallway. The top one was impossible to get to, though. The couch is a recliner, not a sleeper, however when fully reclined it was really comfy. As it was winter time, it was really cold in the hallway that had the bunks, so we opted to sleep on the couch. Overall, it did the job."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient to Sugar Ski Resort. Roundhouse was clean and spacious for me, two teenagers and 11 year old. Only disappointment was the fireplace would not start but the property manager was very responsive and attempted to get the problem resolved. We would stay again in the future."

"The condo was perfect for the two of us. We really liked the nice updates and the ski theme decor. Particularly noteworthy were the 60" and the 40" TVs, stackable washer and dryer, a productive bathroom heater, a host who was very responsive and answered all of my emails in a timely manner, and a beautiful view of the Oma's Meadow slope and lift. "The property owner double-booked and texted me two days before my stay and said, "Sorry, this was already booked for your dates." However, VRBO had already taken my money and now it is a week later and I have still not been reimbursed.Not only did it leave me and my out-of-town guests in a lurch two days before NYE, but we are also having to fight to get our money refunded with no help or communication from the owner.I DO NOT recommend this property!!!!"

"We went to Beech dueing a 50 degree warm up during the week and had a blast. No lines and the conditions were good. The condo at Pinnacle is in a great location and an easy drive to the mountain. "We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-equipped home near Sugar Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day out skiing. Parking was easy and convenient, and the owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. While the fireplace didn’t turn on, it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here...
