« Very close to all things in downtown Blowing Rock. 300 feet from Bald Guy Brewing for great coffee. Having dedicated parking was nice as well, we never had an issue finding a spot. Unit was spotless when we arrived. All appliances and HVAC worked with no issues. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets to stay warm.One item to be ready for if you have a fall or winter rental - the checkout instructions have the outgoing tenant drop the thermostat to 54*. So be ready for it to be chilly...

« The house was nice and the fenced in yard is great even smaller dogs like mine can’t escape. We enjoyed the hot tube and how close we are to downtown BR. Only thing I can complain about is the sheets had dog hair and the comforters clearly hadn’t been washed. I get it pet friendly but my dog spent shed and didn’t want to sleep in hair. They were well stocked with laundry detergent so we were able to wash them and enjoy our trip. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it. »

« Our cabin was as it was described. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We brought a crockpot and were surprised to see that one was actually provided. The beds were very comfortable. The location seems remote but it's only a 20 minute drive to Boone primarily due to the long, climbing road. The road going to the cabin has a few potholes but was easy to navigate in the daylight. The stream behind the cabin was a nice addition. It was a very peaceful and comfortable...
