"Perfect for what I needed: Inexpensive place to sleep that was clean and functional. Kitchenette saved on food, bed inspected and very clean with NO BEDBUGS. A/C worked, Wifi worked. Management helpful and responsive to texts. Area is not the nicest, but not dangerous at all. Even right next to the road (Unit closest to road), did not have a lot of noise."

But in general, the property is very well-kept and pleasant. Regular, everyday folk live here, in some of the units and this can be refreshing. ."

"What a great place to stay. The property is well maintained and the interior is so inviting. There are beach towels available, chairs for the beach, hair dryer, a wagon to cart to the beach. The list does not end here. So close to the beach and other beach options close by. If you are a Pickleball enthusiasm, you can find play 12 minutes away. We had a great stay in Hutchinson Island."

"Stay was great. Centrally located. Great restaurants nearby. Cleaness could have been better. I somehow lost an earring getting ready for a wedding. I was on my hands and knees looking for this small earring. I saw so much built up filth all along the baseboard, in the corners of all those rooms. The original flooring had filled cracks which made the floor appear dirty. Carpets at one time were shaggy but felt not so good on the bare feet.
