"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"The customer service is the worst!!! The rooms are dirty and they do not have phones! It was horrible and I would never recommend it."

"Clean room close to JFK. Good for the night before an early flight. Free shuttle to the airport was nice. They have a small gym with a couple of treadmills and some dumbbells."

"Extremely gracious staff! The lobby is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. It’s like 15 steps to Lincoln Center. Had a very cozy stay. Will come again for the next ballet or opera I attend. "
