Our building assistant Ana was incredible! She always had a smile and was so eager to help. She responded quickly to text and always had the answer to our questions. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and Coco cafe were absolutely wonderful. So polite and professional. Antonio at the sea side grill in the preferred area was astounding! Newly opened 2024 and everything there is excellent. The only thing troubled me was that the front desk lured me with a voucher for spa discount but image you wake up in the first morning and there is a sales talking about a vacation membership for 90mins in your first breakfast in the resort. That was killing my excitement.
