Hello, my name is Clyde Schmidt. I live in Southern Illinois with my wife, Joan. We would like to welcome you to our ocean front condo at Ixchel on Playa Norte.

Our #410 unit is on the 4th floor and ocean front; it is right on the beach! ---The BEST VIEW of the Caribbean!

The beach was just vote as one of the TOP TEN beaches in the world -- 2017--

Our condo has a large L-shaped wrap around balcony to see the spectacular 270 degree views --- We have relaxing lounge furniture for enjoying the view with coffee or cocktails at sunset --- we recently added netting for the safety of small children. There is even has a grill for cooking your lobster or catch of the day at one of the best fishing locations in the world!

Ixchel Condos-Phase-1, are located on the pristine, soft white sand North Beach, of Isla Mujeres. This is the ONLY SUNSET BEACH in the Yucatan of Mexico. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful 15 minute ferry ride from Cancun. The relaxing shallow shoreline, the everyday perfect weather and our new luxurious condo is the ideal destination vacation for all ages. The panoramic view from the terrace offers a breathtaking sight as you gaze at the multi-colored Caribbean water, the infinity pool and the tropical garden.

I have added 3" memory foam bed tops to the beds for a great nights sleep -- no more hard beds!

This is one of newest luxury accommodations on Isla Mujeres. Unit 410 is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath unit -- the Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautiful full bath. The other bedroom has 2 double beds and a large full bath , living room, full kitchen, terraces, individually controlled air conditioned rooms , cable TV in each room, free wireless internet. There is a helpful and friendly staff to provide answers to your questions and assist with your needs.

You can rent this unit as a 2 bedroom 2 bath -- full unit - OR - a 1 bedroom suite which is the master bedroom area and the living room, kitchen and balcony - OR as a 1 bedroom motel room - which is the other bedroom and full bath ,with 2 double beds and a window view of the ocean--it also has a small refrigerator and coffee maker-counter ice maker and Keurig coffee maker and bottled water

I can arrange your ground transportation for you from the Cancun airport to Isla Mujeres

Listing was exactly as advertised, and the management company support was perfect. Isla Mujeres has changed alot over the year's as has Cancun - but still a great place to visit. Friendly people, great food, ocean front condo was a great location.

Very nice property
We had a wonderful stay on the island. We have been coming here for almost 40 years and it never disappoints. This property is very spacious and in a great location. Our only complaint was we could not flush toilet tissue down toilets. We were told when we arrived and followed that rule.🤷🏻‍♂️ Others in different units were not told to do so. Not sure why, but we made the best of it. The beach was just outside the door with a nice private pool and bar. We rented a nice cart from ciros just down the block.

If you are looking for condos in Isla Mujeres, please look no further! Clyde and Joan’s condo is perfect! The location is unbeatable, right in front of North Beach, behind it is Hidalgo. The property management is top notch and will accommodate you the best they can. It is truly perfection!

We loved the beautiful ocean view, high enough to see over the palm trees and we had a sunny clean pool. Right off the main street with shops and restaurants on every corner. But right there with the Mexican people, not too touristy. Walked to just about everything. Did do the one day golf cart rental to see the whole island. That was very nice. The condo itself was beautifully updated and very clean. Had plenty of DVD's to watch and plenty of reading material for that rainy afternoon. Would definitely go back...love it!!!

Great Condo for Family of 6
We arrived early before check in and the front desk was very accommodating to hold our bags so we could go straight to the beach. Property is well stocked, very helpful cooler for use. There was a stack of videos for the kids to be entertained. Air Conditioner was excellent, coldest AC i have ever had in Mexico and frequent mexico every year, we were very comfortable. Check in was excellent. Santiago met us and personally walked us through the whole process, very informative and eager to be of assistance. They even offered to have food and drinks already in the room before we arrived, highly recommend. Very satisfied with the Unit and highly recommend it.

Great vacation!!!
Such a great time! We enjoyed it all!! Very easy to handle check in and check out with their management company. Unit was great and very comfortable with amazing deck and views! Owners were easy to work with. NO SEAWEED!!! The seaweed issue is a big problem for this area but there was none in isla!!
