"The staff here is exceptional, and incredibly customer service-oriented. Hats off to GiGi in particular, who made it easy for us to make unexpected changes to our reservation, and truly made my day with her helpful and friendly approach. The rooms are clean and well-appointed for making your stay comfortable (Wood floors! Extra towel hooks! Mini kitchen with cookware! Large desk!), and the location is near lots of trains and walking distance from Broadway. Perfect for any vacation!"
