I needed a place to stay near Amtrak/Penn station - this was perfect.. from check in quick and informative with Rashid. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower was good (water pressure could have been a bit more - but it was fine). Check out was also seamless. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality!

I am aware that you can’t do anything regarding the location of the hotel, or the people outside - So, I will only comment on things the management can control: 1- the reception staff are excellent. A special shout out to the young lady with the blue tipped manicure and to LiAnne. 2- I travelled solo, and felt very safe in the hotel and in my room The only con - that nightlight on the outlet. It was so bright at night it would burn your retinas and keep you awake. Wildly bright. Unnecessarily so. I got a great pic of it.

Nice place to stay. In the heart of everything in the Times Square area. Showed up early and they let us check in which really helped. The only glitch was the in room coffee maker didn’t work. They brought up another one and it wasn’t working either. Third time was a charm and I was able to get my morning coffee. Room was clean but small. Bathroom was clean and modern. If you want a view, you will have to pay extra for it. The rooms on the lower floors have a nice view of the building next door.
