They even offered us water when we were thirsty after a long trip. We’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the waterfront, tons of shops and a beautiful walk."

"The room was large, clean and well equipped—comfortable mattress and pillows, 2 luggage racks, refrigerator, large countertop cabinet that had a desk chair and drawers, window AC, louvre windows, gorgeous ceiling fan. Also hangars, hair dryer and iron. A really nice touch that other hotels should offer was a drying rack for clothing. Also used the water filling station in the lobby. "A very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The beds were great but it would have been nice to have a microwave. I enjoyed the free welcome drink and the staff was great. Parking is free and very convenient and the hotel is close to town. A great place to stay for a couple of nights while you tour Hilo and Volcano, which is less than an hour away."
