"We stayed in Suite 616, we had 3 balconies, amazing to wake up and open the sliding doors to the sights and sounds of the ocean. Our suite was oceanfront, not ocean view but oceanfront, amazing! All the staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort."

"Hotel was clean, friendly staff and steps from the beach. Downside, went to room they gave us and there was someone sleeping in there at 4:00pm. Went back to the desk and was told they forgot that person requested late check out.instead of waiting for the person to leave and clean the room for us to then use they Said they were at 100% capacity so all they could do was put us on the 32nd floor and give us a double bed instead of the king size bed we reserved months in advance. "Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min. Not worth it. Thanks "
