Went back to the desk and was told they forgot that person requested late check out.instead of waiting for the person to leave and clean the room for us to then use they Said they were at 100% capacity so all they could do was put us on the 32nd floor and give us a double bed instead of the king size bed we reserved months in advance. "The staff was amazing. The pool was nice. We did the lei making workshop with Cecelia which was very cool. We attended the wine and cheese event with the Hawaiian music and dancing and it was very fun. Our room was perfect and quiet. The location was a short walk to the beach and to everywhere we wanted to go! We will definitely stay at Luana every time we come to Honolulu!"
