"This place was all we expected and more, very clean, good furniture, the beds were very comfortable, had a question for the Kyle he picked up the phone on the second ring and was super helpful seemed like I was talking to an old friend.Would definitely stay again"

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely historical home. A nice retreat between wedding events we were in Waxahachie to attend. Katherine was a wonderful host, check in was easy and we had everything we needed to make it a great stay."

"Nice place. Clean and nicely decorated. Owner made it easy, even provided a phone number. Right in the middle of the small city of Burleson, so it was busier than I am used to. Easy access to nearly anything one might want. The only downside was the water heater was inoperative. We finally noticed late on Saturday night, contacted the owner, but there was little they could do at such a late hour. Overall, the house is small, well equipped and convenient. But, to be honest, no hot water...

"Family met here the weekend before Christmas from all over Texas and Missouri. Beautiful countryside. All of the houses were clean and immaculate just as described. Plenty of room for 21 of us.You won’t be disappointed"

"This is a charming house filled with books. The two bedrooms and one bath is more than enough to accommodate four adults. It includes all the amenities that you will need. The host is very engaging and responds quickly to your questions. If we ever make it down this way again, we will definitely stay here again."

"Had a softball tournament in Mansfield. Perfect location with lots of room to spread out. The games in the house added lots of family time and laughs. We had some rain so parking in the garage was a nice touch. "

"This property was amazing! The hosts decorated the house for Christmas and it was so very much a home. The three levels were perfect with places to be together and places to be apart! The firepit was wonderful for family time! The neighboring homes are not in great shape, but I felt safe and secure on the property!"

"We wanted a place close to the our daughters wedding venue and big enough to hold the extra family members that were going to stay with us. The house was amazing! The back patio over looking the lake was very relaxing for morning coffee and late in the afternoon for down time. The boys enjoyed fishing off the pier. Plenty of room inside for everyone. And so quiet at night, we all slept well. "

"We had a wonderful time here with our family! There were 8 adults and 7 children (almost 3 - 9). One of our families could only come for the day, but we had planned on them staying (2 adults, 3 children ages 1-5). There would have been plenty of room for all! The house is very nice, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub, even in Dec - Jan! (Adults at 11 pm and kids during the day!) We also enjoyed the fire pit on New Year's Eve! The balconies were fun...

"Highly recommend this house if you need multiple rooms for a bigger family. Perfect place for all of us to spread out and have our own space but the common areas were also great for movie night and family meals. We will stay here again next time we’re in the area."
