"Dukes palace is an amazing location. Really central and super convenient. The hotel itself is a stunning building but with a real modern feel. First time staying and loved every second. Only one minor thing was the location of plug points near a mirror and not having one which could be used for my partner Straigteners. Very minor but essential. Will definitely be returning 😀😀😀 "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our room and stay overall. Really personal service, lovely attentive and helpful staff, great food. Hotel was clean, however extra attention re cleaning in the lift, door handles, mirrors, skirting boards (the places often overlooked on daily cleaning) would really go far to making it feel spotless."
