"Breakfast was the highlight. We had two closeby rooms but they moved one of them to a different floor so that was not so good. An indoor pool saved the day in winter though it is rather cold. Pigeon Forge is a really good place to stay close to Gatlinburg without the overprices of Gatlinburg and with many more choices for dining, shopping and entertainment."

"My family and I have stayed at this hotel three times now, and each time it had been consistently great. The indoor pool is actually heated, the rooms are always in great shape, and the outdoor pool when it's in season is always a hit with the kids. We will be staying at this location many more times to come. "

Friendly helpful staff- especially John, who treated us like we had been friends for years. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortabl, including a hot chocolate stand i. The lobby and lumbar cushions on chairs and benches in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced."
