The hotel is well-maintained and situated in a convenient location, close to major attractions and within easy access to the subway. The provision of a hot breakfast is a significant benefit, especially for visitors to New York. We stayed on the 32nd floor and experienced no issues with the elevators throughout our stay. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication. They responded promptly to requests and consistently provided the necessary support. As for cleanliness, it appears that a basic level of room cleaning is standard practice in the United States."

"Everything was great except it was difficult to find a space to eat breakfast both mornings and with having a child with a handicap and trying to hold breakfast for her and her twin sister am trying not to spill it before we found a spot was extremely difficult sat morning wasn’t as bad as Sunday was. Could there be at least one table reserved for handicap only ?"
