"Fantastic place to stay, however with big events they should allow you to check in when you arrive if from out of town. We arrived at 12 and had to wait until our room was “ready” at 4 we were supposed to get a text but 4 came and went I waited until 5 before I asked and they had forgotten to let us know. "

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Our oceanfront rooms were great. The only complaint I have is the chairs on the balcony. At least one should be a chaise lounge and all should be checked as one of mine was missing a footing making it wobbly."

"Loved this property. It was the perfect location for the Usher concert at the arena across the street. There is also a lot of shopping and dining nearby since it's also near the cruise port. The rooftop happy hour was great too! I would highly recommend."
