Airport shuttle was non existent. When you call to figure out where to be picked up, no one answers. In the morning, they actually don’t offer room service or a menu to order from at the restaurant. Instead force you to pay $40 for a cold, unflavored breakfast buffet.

I wanted 2 Queen beds and got a King. The coffee pot didn't work. I travel all day, and I was hoping for something to eat. I have always thought Sheraton was a top-rated hotel. I didn't feel or see that in this hotel.

The room was nicer than I expected. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water was nice and hot for a bath. The shower pressure or shower head could have been better
