Everything was as expected for this place. Except that they seem to be unaware that they people coming into the hotel putting flyers under the guest doors for food service. I recommend if people stay at the hotel. Do not use any of the food services from any flyer in your room. My wife and I ordered food from a flyer that was in our room. It took about an hour or more. The delivery guy showed up didn’t have change so I could pay with cash and tip him. He said know one ever pays with cash. So he doesn’t carry any. The other thing is they never ask how I was paying. But I ended up paying with my debt card. But the thing was the delivery driver had to manually enter my card number. Red flag right. So after paying for our food. We sat down to eat. “When I say store bought food”. I mean just that. They were sandwiches (panini) and buffalo wings from the frozen section of the grocery store. And we ordered dessert they forgot about. So I called to make a complaint. And the guy who answered the phone sounded like the same guy that delivered my food. I ask to speak to someone who was in charge. I was told the manager didn’t come in until a certain time. I ask was anyone else was around to speak to about this matter. He said the supervisor. I ask to speak to him. He replied I have to go to the back of the store to get him but I have to hang up and have him call you back. He hung up. I tried to call back. Got a voicemail. Tried again now I’m blocked.
