"Recommend 10 out of 10 Great parking options (extra charge) Stayed in 6 bed family suite with 2 bath rooms. Clean and comfortable Swimming area is nice but lots of kiddos in the pool and hot tub areas. If you are looking to relax, try the bar area lol."

"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. "One night stay for a concert at the new OLG stage connected to the hotel. Check-in was very friendly and efficient, room was a great size and we had beautiful views of the falls. Second time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience to all Niagara Falls activities and stunning views! (Make sure to select a room with Canadian Falls view)"

"Stayed here a few times it’s not expensive and it’s a little dated but staff are nice and it’s good for a night but it’s beside a refugee hotel and they charge 35$ for parking which we don’t pay it’s 10$ for city parking right beside it. We will go again for the good price though, much cheaper than the other guys one block away"
