"We have stayed at this venue many times. For major holidays/events- it is close to everything. Park your car (assuming you get one of their parking spots- first come, first served) and put your keys away until vacation’s end! Best hotel for music/bars/dining. I recommend the on-site bar (Mermaids) for quality hand made beverages. Paul & co. do a great job. For music, the Green Turtle is next door- with great performances/fun/dancing/cocktails. "We were warmly greeted and all staff were kind, gracious, and very service-focused. The rooms are great. Bed was a little too soft for me, and I would have liked to have an extra blanket. We had dinner here and it was fantastic! Everything homemade. The wine, although limited selection, was good quality. Everyone in our party was happy!"

"We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"

"We came in to town for our son’s first birthday! Upon arrival, our host Kathy was very informative and accommodating. This home is absolutely lovely and in such a wonderful, quiet and centralized location on the island. The amenities were perfect, the home was extremely clean and beds were soft and comfortable. "We rented this house so we could visit Amelia Island during the Dickens on Centre festival. Our family enjoyed the house amenities and it was close to all the things we wanted to do downtown. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we sent messages. They stocked the kitchen with plenty of Keurig K-Cups for morning coffee and paper products throughout the house were all well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!"
