"Would visit again, food is lovely and room was clean. Shower worked well and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Food and drink is very expensive though. Spa was clean and relaxing. Torquay town has become run down so not many of the main stores exist anymore. Car parking is £15 a day so best to find parking on the street. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Lovely property, easy check-in and the staff were very helpful. Food was fantastic with the best yorkshire pudding i've ever had. Nice and peaceful room, a little on the hot side with no way to turn it down but with the window open, no issue. "

"Great location in the middle of all the action. Very comfortable bed and good quality leisure facilities. They were refurbishing floors but tried to minimize impact. The staff are the true gift - everyone was very welcoming and very professional yet personal. "

"All the staff we came in contact with were all so friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent, parking was free which is something you don’t find very often. Only issue is the swimming pool changing rooms, one shower, one changing cubical so not practical if busy. Overall tho I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Torquay, we would defo stay again "
