"This property was INCREDIBLY DIRTY. We did not stay. We opened the door to go in and there was a bad smell. The carpet and walls were so dirty my feet stuck to the carpet and hands stuck to the walls. The property was “For Sale” and it DEFINITELY needs to be removed from the VRBO site. We’ve used VRBO many times, this place was HORRIBLE!"

"This place was flat out scary. Drive by shootings and crack houses describe the neighborhood best. We had it rented for four nights during Austin City Limits first weekend. We walked in and walked straight back out. Didn’t even spend 10 minutes there. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The place smelled like cigarettes and there were literally 100 cigarette butts exactly 4 feet from the front door. I couldn’t come to any compromise with the property manager on a refund. Buyer beware...

"The address originally booked does not match the address we were give before arrival by the Property management company. The basic property is clean. It has the amenities advertised. However during our stay we noticed major issues including a broken floor board that was a trip hazard in front of the kitchen sink and fridge a bathroom door that does not close without using force and a shower that did not reliably provide hot water.
