"Great location and price. Room clean, comfy bed. Although it has a kitchen, you have to ask for kitchen supplies, even cups, I actually liked this , so I knew that all dishes they gave me were clean and sanitized. But it would have been nice to have some dish soap. They have a security guard in the parking area which was nice, felt safe. Big downside was they did NOT have an ice machine.. you had to make it in the freezer,,which then wasn't ready for use. So BRING ICE."

"Compared to other Hyatt Regency’s Austin is a bit old and tired. Still better than most hotels but old and tired none the less. Service was a let down. We got our own bags from the car and up to our room. We got in late so elected not to bother with room cleaning service next morning but didn’t see anyone the following day either so in the end we had a three night stay without any service in our room. No linen change, no bin emptying, nothing. When our car was blocked in by a bus the staff told...
