This hotel is an ideal base for business travelers and tourists exploring the El Paso region. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff displaying that warm Texan hospitality from when I arrived. My room on the first floor was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring modern furnishings, comfortable double queen-sized beds with premium linens, and a well-maintained bathroom with excellent water pressure. A+++++ The hotel's location proves to be one of its most substantial assets. It is near I-10 and provides easy access to El Paso International Airport (just a 15-minute drive) and the city's major attractions. The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso and several authentic Mexican restaurants are within a short driving distance, making it convenient for shopping and dining excursions. The complimentary breakfast exceeded the usual continental fare, offering a diverse selection of hot items, including fresh coffee and waffles. The coffee station remained well-stocked throughout the morning, and the breakfast area was consistently clean and organized. The amenities deserve an honorable mention and the staff was kind and friendly trough out my 10 day stay ! Highly recommended "

"Nicole (front desk) is amazing she is very helpful and friendly. Made our stay easy. We had a small issue with the shower and she was on it, she got us taken care of right away. Every time we went outside or came in if she was at the desk she is smiling and nice with all customers that came in. I rea;;y appreciate everything she did for us. "
