« This rental is in the perfect spot. We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but...

« We had a fantastic stay at the Condo and Sandra was extremely accommodating and fantastic to deal with! The location of the condo was ideal for exploring town and going out for dinner, or walking down the beach. The condo is very spacious and incredibly well stocked. We had two couples and an infant and found we had more than enough space for 10 days. The bedrooms are setup great and were very comfortable. Also, having drinking water in the unit was a great and made the stay more enjoyable not...

Minor things….dishwasher isn’t anchored in properly and we couldn’t figure out how to work it….i felt bad leaving dirty dishes in there on departure day….also, the condo bar/restaurant though convenient takes a REALLY long time to get drinks and food. Most of the time they didn’t understand our English, and my Spanish is super basic so we used translating app.All in all it was an amazing place and we will...

« can not explain all the great things but it was GREAT to be in walking distance to all the places to eat. With 7 adults we saved mucho dinero by not needing to rent 2 taxis to go eat and then again get back. Even with 10 days we did not eat at all the places...just had to visit some more than once. »

« We enjoyed this fifth floor condo in Bucerias. It was two blocks to many restaurants yet in its own quiet residential area. The unit was spacious and immaculate and had wonderful views since it was directly on the water. I loved that you could also see the pool below, which was clean, warm, and always had chairs available. »

The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay.
