Definitely do make note of the hills (both to get to the property and to get to the upper palapa level) and the couple of shared bathrooms. Golf carts made the hills manageable and allowed for more exploration in Sayulita anyways. Enjoy!"

"We weren’t told how bad the road to enter was. Dirt, broken cobblestones, large mud puddles and deep ruts. Most places room for only one car. Took 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Wi-Fi is always going out so if someone wants to work, good luck. We were told someone would meet us at the gate. When we finally got to the gate it was deserted. Could not get a call to go through. "Villa Poema was perfect for my family trip. The villa has 7 spacious rooms across 4 floors and 1 pool which has a direct view to the beach. The private villa was just as described. The kitchens were stocked with everything you need, the bathrooms all came with toiletries including bug spray (which really came in handy).
