"The staff at this hotel were very friendly. We stayed three nights. On the first night, after we got back from dinner, we found the shower not to be working properly. I went down to the front desk and Ms. Dorris promptly put us into another room of the same type, no fuss, no muss. The hotel is very conveniently located to area attractions (Walking distance to Union station, The Arch, short drive to the Botanical Gardens) Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was hot, fresh 24 hours, including the Decaf. Thay also had snacks available (Nachos, pretzels, fresh popcorn and chips) from 5-7 pm. The soft drink machine was opened till 10 p.m. We will definitely stay again on our next visit."

"The room was large, clean, and quiet the only reason I did not give it five stars all the way around is because there were only three luggage carts for the whole hotel, which is a 17 floor high-rise. That’s pretty ridiculous; people were getting angry and saying they never stayed there again. Also, the neighborhood around the hotel is kind of sketchy."

"The hotel and room itself was very clean. Updated and friendly atmosphere. The view of the city was gorgeous at night. We did not upgrade to the arch view but wish we would have. The arch is gorgeous at night and a sight to see! "

"We love staying at this hotel. It’s quiet and clean. The atmosphere is so charming and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was plenty for our needs. There is a decent gym and the lobby is a relaxing place to have coffee or play a game of chess. Great location near Forest Park. Parking can be a challenge after 5pm. "

"Love all the amenities and the great room. Only problem was you couldn’t do sit ups or anything else before bed on the wooden floors. I prefer carpeting. I’m surprised the hotel of this caliber had the fake wood floors like many cheaper hotels. Full hot breakfast was excellent…. With omelette station and really fresh pastries ! Far superior than any hotel at this price point that includes breakfast "
